Leadership Programme

A circle is a private workspace for grouping people who have taken Sariio so you can see how their working preferences compare. The relationship circle below maps each member's preferences against every other member's. Greener lines mean two members work in similar ways; coral lines mean they bring distinct approaches. Click any connecting line to see what two people share and where they differ. Click a member and they move to the centre, with each spoke showing how closely every other person matches them. Click someone else to view from their seat instead, use Reset view below the circle to see everyone again, and double-click any member to open their myMAP.
