About Sariio
Our Pledge
Play to your preferences.
Make every day a good day.
Work shaped around people. Not the other way around.
These three lines are a values statement, a promise, and a pledge. They describe what we believe work can feel like, what we are committed to building, and the principle that holds us accountable.
Our Mission
Sariio exists to help people play to their preferences at work. We build tools that help contact centre operators, team leaders, and recruiters understand how people prefer to work — and use that understanding to hire better, onboard faster, and keep their best people longer.
By making the invisible visible, we help individuals, teams, and organisations create environments where people thrive. Our focus is the BPO and contact centre sector, where attrition is highest, margins are tightest, and the right fit between person and role makes the greatest measurable difference.
Sariio Limited was founded on 4 June 2024, originally incorporated as Saviio AI Ltd before being renamed to Sariio Limited in September 2024. The company is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15760535).
Who We Serve
Sariio is built specifically for the BPO and contact centre sector. Our primary users are team leaders managing agents day-to-day, in-house recruiters screening candidates for volume roles, and operations managers overseeing multiple teams.
- Team leaders who want to understand their agents, coach with context, and reduce turnover
- In-house recruiters who need to screen candidates faster and hire with greater confidence
- Operations managers overseeing multiple teams and wanting consistent insight across the floor
The MAPS Framework
MAPS stands for Motivations And Preferences. The MAPS assessment measures four factors that shape how someone naturally connects, thinks, decides, and gets things done — their preference profile.
The four-factor model (Connecting, Thinking & Planning, Making Decisions, Getting Things Done) is grounded in established psychometric principles including NLP metaprograms and cognitive-behavioural preference theory.
Each factor contains three preference pairs, giving twelve preference pairs in total. Each pair is measured through five VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) slider statements, producing 60 statements across the full assessment.
For each preference pair, the assessment calculates a mean position (where the respondent sits on the scale between the two poles) and a standard deviation (how consistently they responded). Together these determine whether a preference is consistent (settled, predictable) or flexible (context-dependent, adaptable).
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes.
Key Characteristics
- Uses a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) format that captures nuanced positions rather than forced binary choices
- Not a personality test — Sariio measures dynamic work preferences that can evolve over time
- Produces detailed individual preference profiles (myMAP), team profiles (teamMAP), and role benchmarks (talentMAP)
- Comparison engine allows side-by-side analysis of any two profiles
- Preferences are orientations, not capabilities — no preference is inherently better or worse than any other
Our Approach to AI
Sariio uses AI-powered narrative generation driven by large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic) to produce readable summaries of preference profiles and comparisons.
The AI does not create new observations. It compresses and synthesises authored preference content — the orientation descriptions, motivators, demotivators, and recommendations that have been written for each of the twelve preference pairs. Every sentence in an AI-generated summary is traceable to specific authored content or numerical position data from the respondent's assessment.
AI-generated summaries are available for individual myMAP profiles and for one-to-one comparisons. They are cached after first generation so subsequent views are instant.
- AI augments human decision-making; it does not replace professional coaching, therapy, or advice
- We do not use customer data to train AI models
- All AI generation is logged with full audit trail (model, tokens, prompt version, timestamps)
